Does a Religion that Exalts Submission / Subjugation create Narcisistic and Homicidal Psychopaths?

I was watching one of the Goobie/Dobie videos (at this time spot) --snapshot to the right -- when he brought up this idea that a person can elect to subjugate him/herself to the dictates of another person OR to the dictates of a mental construct inside the subjugated person's mind.

So, that mental construct could be a religion.

And in particular, a religion that excuses harm to, or killing of other persons if those "others" do not obey the dictates of the religion.

There are many religions that allow for such heinous acts, particularly if it involves "blasphemy".

 I need a place to rant and rave about politics and such. My "Old Man Learns to Code" blog is not that place. So it will be here.
